The Journey
A group exhibition by Last Call, a collective of contemporary artists

The Journey interrogates the meaning of travel beyond its literal, physical sense  proposing instead an inward journey: the traces of thought, the searching, and the aesthetic crystallization that unfold across an artist’s creative process over time. Each work on view is not a self-contained object but a record of a particular moment within its maker’s ongoing trajectory. As these works converge within this exhibition space, they intersect with the lived time of each visitor, giving rise to a shared field of experience and memory one that exists only in this particular moment.

The works of five artists  Ekkanat Thiansetthakul, Pathomphong Buchabutr, Pansit Wetkanesorn, Thanakorn Saelee, and Ajaree Thiansetthakul  stand as waypoints, markers of thought set down at different stages of the creative process: from the search for a personal visual language, through experimentation in method and concept, to the moments when ideas crystallize through accumulated experience. The Journey positions itself as a dialogue between five distinct creative trajectories, converging under a single thematic thread.

Alongside the exhibition, visitors are invited to become part of the journey through “The Shared Journey”  a dedicated journal gathering reflections from all five artists, with space left open for visitors to record their own thoughts and stories. Over the course of the exhibition, the journal will gradually grow into a living archive of the shared journeys of all who have passed through this space.
